I have setup a Live webcam on one of my hummingbird feeders. You can access it here.
I used an old Aopen MX400 AGP video card with built in TV tuner. I connected the composite video from a color surveillance camera, with a C-mount to Canon FD mount adapter, and a 70 to 200mm Canon FD zoom lens set to f22. The camera is mounted in a window, pointed at a feeder on my front porch, So from time to time someone may walk in front of it and block the picture. I mounted a 75 watt outdoor spot light above the feeder on a timer to light the feeder and birds better when everything is backlit.
The Birds you will most likely see are all Anna's Hummingbirds. There are at least 5 of them in or near my property. They are native to the southwest, non migratory, and very territorial. So you will see them chase each other off a lot. Best time to see them is between 8am and 2pm.
I will try to keep the webcam up as much as is practical.
